Bavarian Coffee


HotChocolate

1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
5 ozhot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Add coffee and liquors to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

      serve in

Lichior de cafea

Ingrediente

250 gr cafea boabe

1 l alcool
500 ml apa
500 gr zahar

Mod de preparare

Punem intr-un vas boabele de cafea si turnam peste ele alcoolul.

Lasam la macerat 12 zile timp in care vom agita zilnic .

Din apa si zahar facem un sirop gros, ca pentru dulceata. Strecuram alcoolul printr-un tifon si il turnam peste sirop.

Lasam 1-2 zile ca sa se „patrunda ” apoi il putem servi.

1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
2 tsp dark creme de cacao
4 ozcold coffee
crushed ice

Pour all of the ingredients into an Irish coffee glass filled with crushed ice. Stir well.

     serve in

frigola liqueur Mari Mayans
1/2 oz Frigola® herbal liqueur
5 ozhot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Add coffee and liquor to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with          nutmeg.

Bacardi O Coffee recipe


Bacardi-Superior

2 oz Bacardi® orange rum
3 ozhot coffee
1 splash Irish cream
1 splash green creme de menthe

Add bacardi O and coffee to a cup. Top with irish cream and green creme de menthe.

    serve in
    alcohol
      14%
